Step 1: Are you a NOW Member?

Please note: You can't watch NOW on a modified device, or one bought outside the UK.

The NOW app is currently available on 2015 and later Samsung TVs, except for Samsung Serif models, which don't support NOW.

How do I know if I have a compatible TV?

Just look at the model number – if there’s a K, L, M, N, Q or R in the middle, then you should have a compatible TV.

I'm getting error AS415

If you see the error AS415, it means there's a problem connecting to the Samsung server. Reset your router, and contact Samsung for help.

The NOW app is available on most 2016 and later Sony smart TVs.

To watch on a Windows PC or laptop, you'll just need to download the NOW Player. Find out how to get the Player.

2. Search for 'NOW'
3. Download the NOW app
4. Lastly, sign in to the NOW app with your username and password and find a movie, TV show or sport to enjoy.

Please note: Older ('Gen 1') YouView boxes no longer support NOW. Not sure if you've got one of these older boxes? It'll have the model number DTR-T1000 or DTR-T1010, or DN370T for the TalkTalk box, and look like one of these:

To watch on a Mac, you'll just need to download the NOW Player. Find out how to get the Player.

Your Hisense Roku TV comes with the NOW app installed, so you won't need to download it.

Just sign in to the app, and away you go.

The NOW app is available to download from your TV's app store.
